Mortal15 coins for one chapter is bit expensive, that is around 0.6 usd it is a bit expensive to most people especially those not from the US.
the raw version cost around 0.1 USD, I know that the TL ch should cost a bit more but 6x more is a bit much.
With 200 coins for 10 USD that is around 13-14 ch for 10 USD and a TL lightnovel cost around 7-11 USD with around 30-50 ch per book.
This overpriced problem is not only with this site but most TL sites.
